This vacuum does suck well and I like the little sweeper on the side but the canister that holds the refuse pops open every time I go to dump it voluntarily and ends up back on the floor. Also the head is taller than what will go underneath my sofa.

Does Not Work On Thick Carpet

Height adjustment doesn’t even work. It just clicks when you turn—nothing moves.

The belt inside this broke super fast and the bottom part didn’t work anymore. Now it’s making a terrible noise and it doesn’t really pick anything up. Have had a little over a year.

The part where the wand/handle clicks into place broke rendering the vacuum useless. Its such a huge single point of failure for the machine when the mechanism that holds the handle is brittle & located on the canister. if it breaks u pretty much have to replace the entire vacuum. What a letdown thats its advertised as being good for pets & it comes with attachments when it did not handle occasional use. My dog isnt a shedder but the attachments were so useful for giving his dog bed, the couch and our mattresses a good suction, at least while it lasted.

Nothing compared to my old faithful Shark! I will admit it picks up dog hair and dust bunnies well, BUT it’s so bulky and hard to maneuver! You have to change settings with a turn button for lowered flooring vs carpet (not convenient to bend down and do that over different surfaces & rugs), you have to press a button with your foot to even tilt the vacuum head to start it. And also the power button is a foot touch one too. This entire vacuum is just crappy compared to others out there.

I was very happy with this purchase in 2022, as it seemed like a decent vacuum for the price. After using it for a year, I wouldn't recommend it at all. It feels cheap, the cord is hard and plastic (not flexible and rubbery), and my husband is currently replacing a broken belt for the THIRD TIME since we've had the machine. We are a busy family and I only vacuum once every two weeks or so, so it isn't like it gets hard daily use. I also thought that the swivel head would be effective, but instead it's annoying, and the entire machine gets "stuck," at times, requiring a hard push to break the traction.

Picks up pet hair and dust like a dream Only issue is having it for 2 months the motor already blew and now it's with repairs awaiting on parts

Disappointing. The hose cord is very short and the filtering mechanism is low grade (leaks a lot of dust). Pet hair and dust get trapped in the canister so I had to reach in and manually pull out debris every time I emptied it. The attachments are cheap and ineffective compared to the other brands I’ve used. I replaced this vacuum after only 4 months.

I should have listened to all the reviews that talked about the belt breaking but I disregarded them. Of course, the belt broke within three weeks of purchase and very light use. However, when it works, it works great. It has awesome suction and the hose is great. It picks up all the dog hair off my floor and we have three long hair dogs. If you don’t mind replacing belts, it’s a great vacuum for the price. I did return it and purchase a Shark based on recommendations from my friends and family and hope I have better luck with it!
