I don’t like this vacuum. The swivel causes issues and don’t like when done that the top of the vacuum leans over to far causing the canister to fall off. It’s too top heavy . I love bissell products and will look for another upright one .

The vacuum works really well considering we have a dog and little kids. The vacuum belt broke and we’ve only had it for 2 months. The belt is only $5 but upon research we found this is a common problem

Great suction but on 3rd belt and only owned 3 months

We bought this one as a replacement for our last bissell that lasted four years. I love the Suction on this one but it appears to have a flaw. For some reason pet fur finds its way to the belt and manages to clog it up. I've had to take the vacuum apart every time I use it to avoid damage to the belt. Not sure if it's just a fluke with my machine or all of them but it's sad that it's happening withing weeks of purchase.

I replaced the belt on the second use and made it down the hallway and the belt broke again. I guess that's why the replacement belts come in a package of five.

This vacuum worked really well until the belt broke on it. I opened up the swivel head and the belt fell out. The belt seemed kind of cheap. I hope I can buy another belt to fix the vacuum.

Overall this is a good vacuum. It is lightweight and does a good job vacumming. We have a lab that sheds enough to make a new lab every few days and it does a good job with the dog hair. Biggest complaint is that the drive belts do not last. It should tell you something when the replacement belt linked to by customer support can be set up for repeat auto delivery. It's a good vacuum, just be prepared to continually replace drive belts.

So far I've mostly used this on hard floors. The amount of suction is middle-of-the-road - better than my old $75 vacuum, but not especially strong either. The hose attachment doesn't pull in anything more than about 1/2 inch away, even if it's loose dirt. The "no scatter technology" only works if you're picking up a tiny amount of stuff, but for instance, I spilled some kitty litter on the hard floor and tried to vacuum it, and about 1/3 of it just shot out the back of the vacuum. The pet attachment did not work to pick up cat hair off a fabric desk chair. I do like that the covering of the roller brush is transparent, so you can see if it's starting to get anything wound on it. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for - it's one of the lower-priced vacuums, so it works but doesn't get things 100% clean. I wouldn't recommend this highly.

As soon as you put the pet removal tool on the couch it just stops working! The rubber design is the worst. My shark rotator has a plastic one with brushes and works amazing! Also the red one that comes with this vacuum seems usless as to it doesnt really move. I'll be returning this! It's an ok vacuum other than that.
