Only had for 2 months. The vacuum stopped picking up dirt.

Broken after 3 months of use.

I’ve had this vacuum for about two years. In that time frame it has broken twice. The first time I was able to take apart and fix myself. This time I haven’t been able to, as the part that’s broken there’s no way to. It doesn’t pick anything at all up right now. But when it’s not broken, I will go over carpets or hardwood several times and still see dog hair. I’ve never had a vacuum break so much in such a short period of time. I’ve had other vacuums that have lasted for years without breaking once. I suggest going with another vacuuming device, and doing your research and reading reviews. This one is not it. Especially if you have pets.

The attachment for cleaning furniture has broken already. Only used maybe 20 times. I don't know who to talk to about replacing. No fair.

The suction power is great. Works well on the floors and carpets. However, the hose even with the attachments wouldn’t stretch far enough to reach the back of my couch without falling over. So I had to set the unit on the seat of the couch. I didnt realize the base kept spinning while using the hose and after a minute, it melted and shredded a hole in my couch cushion. And leaving it on the floor instead while I used the hose started to do the same to my rug. It’s a decent vacuum for the price, but that savings is awash now that I have to find a way to repair my couch. I’d find a different one, not worth the risk. The swivel feature is nice but not worth the nuisance/risk of other features. I have no idea what I’m going to do to fix my couch now, since it’s discontinued. Flipping the cushion only works for so long 😭

I have a Maine coon, his hair has caused rubber for the motor sweeper to burn up and break twice now. each time I've replaced the rubber belt it breaks again after about 3 uses cause it can't handle the hair. do not recommend for long hair pets.

I've had a Shark for about 8 years and it finally died on me. I looked at the reviews of this and thought this would be good. I'm prettt disappointed from the start. it doesn't maneuver well, is super bulky, looks like it was ripping threads of my carpet out, and didn't seem like it was cleaning well. also. it is LOUD. also didn't realize it doesn't have a stop rollers feature and it's annoying. I ended up selling this and getting another Shark.

I have had the vacuum for 12 hours and very disappointed.Was easy to assemble and easy to use but that’s it,very little power suction,used pass the vacuum several times still not sure the carpet is clean,,the extension for cleaning base boards and top of blinds is short ,you have to lift the whole canister to try to reach just top of blinds forget about trying to do ceiling corners or even fans too difficult.Then cleaning,simple to empty the canister but if you clean and rinse the filters,you can not replace the filter for 24 hours,so make sure your done with vacuuming.Now my biggest issue is the brush,the box says tangle free ,I thought that meant hair would not tangle in the brush ,wrong and to clean the brush which in most cases needs to be done almost every time you vacuum to help life of vacuum,you have to remove several small screws ,my old vacuum had a latch to help remove brushes to clean. I reviewed so many vacuum cleaners I thought for the price this was the right solution but I was Wrong .If you have clean carpet and very very short hair then maybe this vacuum may work.

This vacuum just doesn't quite make the cut. The price point is a little lower and you can tell why. A few things i do not like is: The vacuum is extremely hard to push on carpet even on the highest setting. My carpet isn't super thick or plush but it is a WORKOUT to push this thing around. It does okay at picking up dog hair but its not great. I also wish it had a light on the front and maybe self propelled a bit like one of the shark's I used to own...also the detachable hose is very very short.

Very heavy and the belt broke after only 5 months of using. Have to throw it out.
