First of all I like the overall style and design of the vacuum. What bugs me about the vacuum is the cord is TOO SHORT. The clip cord does not hold the cord so the vacuum rolls over it every pass. Last the suction hose is not long enough to reach up high. Now this vaccum has my shark beat with the suction for pet hair and grabs the nap of the rug and makes it look clean and feel soft again. If the 3 things won't bug you then buy this vacuum.

Worked very well at first on carpet and we have 3 cats and a daughter with long hair. To clarify we only have 3 bedrooms and a landing and carpeted stairs so it's not like I have been vacuuming the whole house for 6 months, but this is the 3rd time I've had to clear all the hair out of the brush. The attachment hose no longer sucks anything with barely any suction. Checked the filters all okay. Had to manually clear a large plug of dust that formed a clog in the area at the bottom above the brush and it went way up. Appeared cleared as far as I could go but it still isn't sucking hardly anything up so it's got to be clogged somewhere else in the vacuum. I'm the only one who uses it and I know I've not vacuumed up any objects or wet stuff. Very disappointed. I think they need to redesign that suction entry point and maybe make it larger or out of something that's not plastic. Almost seems the flexible plastic tube/air tunnel is overheating maybe and causing the dust and hair to 'mat' into the shape of it. Gross. Going in the garbage tonight.

Old vacuum broke but Bissell doesn’t make it anymore so I went with this one. It’s okay. It’s lightweight and has good suction but that’s where the pros stop. The head is very wide so it doesn’t fit under sidetables and chairs. The attachments aren’t integrated and the brush doesn’t stop spinning when using the attachments. It’s honestly only a medium good vacuum. I just don’t feel like packing it back up to return it

The bottom is so LARGE! Why? Way too bulky. Horrible actually. Suction is good on carpet. ZERO suction for shag rug, actually have to lift it and pull back when cleaning. Nozzle great for cleaning the dryer vent, it actually fits. The cord, it is located at the bottom of the vaccum so you are constantly stepping on it or having to hold it up. Egh. I would not recommend after having it for a while it is just too bulky, rather annoying. I have my sights on another vaccum from a competitor so I'll use this guy upstairs only when that happens. How do I sign up to be a vacuum tester!!

The vacuum is decent at most. Barely any suction even for a low cut carpet. Does a decent job overall picking up bigger debris. Luckily I have the smaller version for deep stain cleaning to finish off a carpet cleaning.

I really like how well this vacuum works, but I hadn’t had it much more than a month before I had a tear in the cord and had to pull out the electrical tape. I’d literally bought this to replace a vacuum with an electrical tape wrapped cord.

I bought this vacuum because I have 2 dogs that shed a lot. On carpeted surfaces this vacuum does an amazing job. The turbo eraser attachment for vacuuming steps and furniture is great. I only gave this vacuum 3 stars because when I vacuum on a laminate/hardwood floor, the vacuum vent that blows out air is positioned in such a way it blows the hair/dust bunnies away from the vacuum making it difficult to vacuum. This is a great vacuum for carpeted floors but not laminate/hardwood floors.

Easy to push. Electric cord is to short, and hose to short.

This vacuum was a little hard to get the attachments put on correctly, and the attachment hose is hard to get on and off, and very stiff to extend. The motor and the wheels are both noisy and the width makes it hard to fit around furninture. My biggest complaint about this vacuum is that there is no way to stop the brush from turning. I've never had a vacuum that did that, and last night I just about burned a hole in my carpet because I was using the attachment. I don't trust the brush to run over my hardwood floors, either.
