I bought this vacuum and use it weekly on one rug. After about 6 months it became really hard to push on carpet. Then around month 8 started smelling like it was burning. The rubber belt had begun melting onto the brush bar and the brush bar was too hot to touch. Customer service told me that it’s “basic product maintenance” to replace the band every 3-4 months (even though that isn’t listed ANYWHERE in the materials or online. I’ve had vacuums from cheap little dirt devils to my now Dyson and have never had a product that needed a key piece replaced every 3-4 months as basic maintenance. And of course warranty doesn’t cover that. After going back and forth with them for days, they finally acknowledged that this maintenance information isn’t listed anywhere and that the situation was actually dangerous. They sent me a free brush bar and 2 free bands which I’ve already had to use since it’s already happened again. I literally have only had this vacuum for 1 year. Would not recommend!!!

This vacuum worked great at first but has stopped picking up debris 6 months after buying it. Not only has it stopped picking all the stuff up it’s started scattering the stuff it HAD picked up back on to the floor.

We've only had the vacuum two months. It does a great job cleaning, but it's started making a squeaking sound when vacuuming. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it shouldn't have any issues this soon after purchase.

I purchased this back in March to quickly replace ours. Immediately out of the package, you can tell it’s cheaply made. We have 4 pets and an older home that collects dust quickly Pros: 1. it is light weight so might work well for someone older who lives on a single floor. 2. Cleans decently enough. I really liked the rotating brush attachment. 3. Steers easily 4. Easy to clean out the main area Cons: 1. hose is not long enough and causes the vacuum to fall easily while in use 2. Brush runs continuously and can’t be shut off. This causes problems when using the hose or vacuuming rugs with tassels. Our shark vacuum had two settings so the brush could be turned off. This is inevitable what lead to the brush part getting broken 3. You have to really want to turn it on. Lightly stepping on the power button doesn’t turn it on. Minor issue I know but annoying nonetheless. 4. Things can easily get jammed in the hose I would never buy this vacuum again. We actually have to replace it now because the motor got burned out when something got sucked into the rotating brush while using the hose (and we didn’t notice it until it started smelling). This shouldn’t have ruined the vacuum but it did.

Bought in July 2023 to replace an old vacuum that wasn’t working. Now it produces a burning smell when we use it. The roller still spin when in a upright position and when using the hose. Did a great job cleaning when first bought, now very disappointed.

Good vacuuming but only have had for 8 days and squeaking

Worked quite well until it broke 6 months in, and let me tell you the insurance is a scam, you're not gonna be able to get it fixed/replaced, they don't even have this product listed when you attempt to file the claim. Customer service has not responded. Don't waste your time here

It doesn’t suck up anything. It sucks. I’m going with Dyson. Such a waste of money.

I’m stumped by all the amazing reviews for this vacuum cleaner and especially those who say it’s better than a Dyson. Purchased this 1 1/2 years ago and within 2 months we had to replace the belts. The cord is a bit short and I found it frustrating having to change plugs multiple times just to vacuum the upstairs of my home. The big issue happened recently when the vacuum started to sound strange, almost like a lawn mower, and then came the smell of something burning. The belt? Again? Yep! This time the belt melted along with the bottom of the vacuum. Maybe I had a lemon but I read a few other reviews about the melting so use caution if you do purchase this one.

I have had this for a year and finally have had it. While the suction is great, the unit is top heavy and the hose wand is stiff and short. This the vacuum to fall over easily, which has happened multiple times to me, causing bruising. Today it hit me on the head as I was trying to vacuum under the couch. Horrible design.
