We have a dog with long hair and it seems to clog easily. There's no way to clean the part from the suction area. We can clean the hose going into the tank but it seems to get stuck at the suction part.

This vacuum was working extremely well to pick up pet hair from the carpet, but unfortunately the belt snapped only 45 minutes after the first use. Perhaps it was just a fluke. We ordered the replacement belts online and look forward to getting the vacuum back in action.

I like how light weight it is and it works great but the hose doesn’t stay attached so while I vacuum it is constantly popping off and it just swings around and I lose dirt dust and dog hair everyday. Very disappointed with the sweeper. It should click or twist into something that actually holds the hose so it doesn’t pop off.

I've only had this vacuum for a few years and the roller brush stopped working. When it stopped working, it emitted a smell like it was on fire or was about to catch fire and started to spit out burnt pieces. Could not figure out what was clogging it or what was damaged. After putting it back together, the roller started working but made a horrible grinding sound, then started smelling like it was burning again. It was a good vacuum while it lasted, but for over $100, I expected it to last longer.

If your wand stops working, clean the top filters of debris dispenser. This is essential to do after EVERY use of the wand as it clogs up EVERY time you pick up animal hair, carpet fresh & debris.

The only thing I don't like is lack of a retractable wire.

I bought this vacuum about a year ago. We have pets and we work our vacuum pretty hard. At first it was absolutely the best for carpet, but it went downhill rather quickly. I am the type of person that maintenances my vacuum and filters fairly regularly (you have to with pets) and even then we had issues with the belt overheating, the vacuum spitting things back out, and the brush mechanism not spinning to pick up hair. If you turn the vacuum over you can see that the bottom panel doesn’t cover the belt very well, causing a bunch of hair and debris to get underneath and compromise it. All in all it’s a fine vacuum for the price if you don’t mind buying a new cheap vacuum every year and worked much better than our Shark, but it’s not a long term purchase.

This sweeper picks up just as it shows ,I do like it very well but it has one problem, you have to keep an eye where the belt is ,some how crap gets up in there and when you smell your belt burning turn it off now .take the bottom off and clean it out .I dont know how it get up in there

It was working great until this morning. Broke after 80 days…

Bought the vacuum a little less than a year ago worked up till now but now it’s making a really loud noise brush roll very cheaply made don’t waste your money on replacing the brush rolls on this vacuum I’m very disappointed with this vacuum
