I love it. Had if for about a month now. It’s located in my basement. It puts out enough heat to keep basement cozy during cold winter months. I did not mount it inside my wall because I didn’t want to cut a hole in drywall but mounted it on the wall and i think it still looks just as nice. I set mine to the automatic setting so colors change automatically. Very pleased with it so far.

Overall, we were super happy with this product. It was very easy to install, the flames look really good and it’s very easy to use. If you are looking for a product that provides a lot of heat, I would say this one is probably not the one to pick though. It provides heat, but definitely doesn’t warm a room up! We were totally fine with that, we live in Florida, so we were more going for the look of it, which I say, we are very pleased with that aspect!! We researched quite a bit of other products before buying this, and you can spend tons of money for one of these up in the thousands, but honestly, for this price, it exceeded my expectations. The supplier actually is great too, the first fireplace we ordered was broke in the shipping process and never came, once I contacted customer service, they immediately fixed the problem and we had a new one in about a week. I was worried when I saw it was from China, that the product would be subpar, or customer service would be crap... but we are very happy!

This fireplace is perfect for under the TV! It sets the mood especially as we get closer to xmas. Works great, just like the directions said. Puts out way to much heat. We purchased this for looks not heat. It looks and works great. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for dancing flames in their living room. Install took me about an hour and had it hung below the TV. I didn’t build this unit in the wall since it was only 3.8” thick and it looks great.

I am SO happy with how this turned out. We were talking about turning our basement into a second family room, as we are expanding our family. But the problem is that during winter it gets VERY cold down there. So, we decided that we would build an electric fireplace to help it warm up. We were going back and forth between the big 50in or the smaller one, we ultimately went with the big one because our TV is big & they would be similar in size. I am so happy we did!!! My hubby ended up building this & I couldn't be happier. This thing KICKS heat & it doesn't take long to heat up the basement now! Even though it's summer, we turned it on just to see how quickly it would heat up the room & we were very impressed. Hubby had no trouble installing it. I have never in my life owned a fireplace so I am really looking forward to hanging our stockings on the mantel this Christmas!

This product was installed in a day. We did the inset install and my husband added an outlet inside the wall specifically for the plug to be hidden. He also moved the existing outlet so there was still a usable plug for vacuuming. That took most of the work. We did chuckle regarding the "decorative stuff" as listed in the instructions and labeling on the bags of crystals/cut glass. The suggested dimensions for the cutout were perfect and lets you install without needing any drywall patching. Great product that feels substantial without being too heavy to install.

Despite the directions telling us to remove the wrong screw to remove the glass, this fireplace is absolutely awesome! The flames look real and there are many different colors you can change to. The remote is easy to use. We built a surround around it and love it!

I am reviewing this a 5 due to OUTSTANDING customer service! I originally ordered a 32” unit to fit into a recessed wall for a basement project. I measured wrong and found the 32” to be too small. I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for a 42”. Not only did they reply quickly, they processes my exchange free of charge. I got a 42” sent to me at no additional charge and did not have to send back the 32”! They went out of their way to make a customer happy! Can’t wait to install this beauty! Out of box it looks well made and visibly attractive!

This fireplace looks sleek and modern and adds a pop of color to the room with the LED lights. It is absolutely beautiful and was easy to install. The price is very fair for the quality of this item. I am very happy with this purchase.

This one need some help from my contractor to be fitted correctly into the tiled accent wall we recently remodeled to, but it didn’t take too long for our guy and was relatively easy to assemble. The remote control is very convenient and though we have not had to use the heater much in this summer yet, we expect to put it to good use in winter.

Beautiful fireplace. Had some issues but customer service made everything correct so far!
