Refubished? Didn't work right out of the box! Then all kinds of problems returning it! Awful!

Battery of Surface Pro 4 Serial Nr 1724 128GB 043508361153 after a few months out of order.What to do?

Right side screen sensors are non functioning right out of the box. One would think that "refurbished" would include a functionality check.

The pen need battery change when i first got it.The surface have responding slow problem.And it can not use for a long time without charging.

The surface is not workinf after 3 month of usage. I went to a microsoft store and they are not under warranty. A waste of money

Even after trying to reboot from Flashdrive. Waste of time and money shut these sellers down.

A rip off. It’s offered as a refurbished with warranty when it’s not even a serial Product. It’s a prototype. Battery does not work, I called international Microsoft warranty and they inform serial number belongs to a prototype product that is not covered under Microsoft warranty. I’ll claim to Amazon

Pls I need help, how can I contact this people. I bought this product in August for school. I am in class right now and it freeze (can't respond to nothing). I miss a lot today already.I try everything nothing is working. Any help will be appreciated. I can only write a review.

Had unit about 1 year,. Everything was fine, all the sudden the unit can't recognize the c drive. Call Microsoft, no help. You send it in, pay another 400 bucks. To fix. Been sitting on my desk collecting dust for 9 months or longer. Great paper weight. Thanks Microsoft....

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my teenager and was sent a locked surface pro from a school out of Australia, just be warned and do your research before buying.
