Unit looks and functions like brand new. Can’t believe I got this cheap.

We have had success with our original Surface. So far, this one has been refurbished with care. It has powered up and is being used.

Great product delivered as if it were brand new and it looked new.

I have not used this much as yet, but from the simple touches so far, I am about to buy another one.

I ordered this in "excellent condition" and the screen was flickering and shaking right out of the box. Apparently there is no quality control done with this product.Edit: The replacement seems to be working just fine

I really love my surface pro. It lets me do so much in photoshop and animate. I turned off the touch screen so it only responded to the pen. This is exactly what I needed. I will say this model does have an issue. I looked it up online and it doesn't seem to just be me. When I log onto the internet ALL of my devices this one included respond very slowly to anything online. The internet has alot of trouble working when this is logged onto it. I have this mostly disconnected to the internet so my work flow isn't interrupted.

Have only had the unit for a short time. moved to this from a surface pro 2, significant difference. pro 4 is quicker and clearer. love the larger screen. Only reason why I did not give it 4 stars is because sometimes systems hangs up. is a refurbed unit and am not sure if the issue might be because system was not properly wiped before reselling. Have done a couple of things to truly get it back to ORIGINAL state and MS has been responsive for support because it does have a full warranty.Currently seems to be working 95% as designed.... the 5% is not detrimental to system operation.

good unit but dated now. needs a usb-c. the system touch screen does not function well with google maps
