Ease of purchase. Windows 10 update will not complete on its own after several attempts. Do not like the hassle of what it will take to correct.

If you are getting this for school, don't. The Surface is unreliable. It has plenty of bugs such as the software not responding. The surface pen also follows this issue, but it does do a good job of tracking the pen. If you want to get this for school go for a cheaper option, but if it's for work try a higher CPU because the m3 doesn't respond well.

Surface is a great concept except for the OS. Wait for the new Chromebooks with the app store.

The tablet was in excellent condition aesthetically, however, the function itself was off. Only half of the touch screen on the tablet seemed to work properly. I had to constantly flip it from horizontal to vertical in order to make selections on the screen. Maybe I received a refurbished one that was defective...

At first glance I thought Microsoft Surface was a top brand, I purchased a Surface Pro4, and it came defective with a dead spot touch screen then I said that it could be one in a million of the renewed surfaces, so I returned and bought a surface laptop2, the same issue both keyboard and touch screen are not responsive. I checked youtube, tried to troubleshoot it, and found that this is a major issue for surface products.

My rating is actually "0" stars but I can't submit my post without selecting at least 1 star. I don't usually post feedback--but this is necessary. We purchased this product for an employee as a gift last year. When they logged into the device it appeared that someone else was already logged in to the device........? We tried to restart it several times but had several technical difficulties. By the time that we reached out to the vendor to see if we could return it-we passed the return period. When I reached out to them-they refused to assist me because of this reason.....The employee never had a chance to use the product AND it was defective...definitely NOT certified renewed. I (nor the company that I work for) will Never purchase a Refurbished or Renewed product from this vendor or Amazon again!
