Worked great for my crooked neck, heat right where I needed it!

I have chronic neck and shoulder and pain, this is the perfect heating pad that fits perfectly over both shoulders and the neck! It heats up to the perfect temperature on the high setting to relax the muscles. There is a clip in the front that keeps it from sliding off, and even allows me to drape it over one shoulder if needed. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for relief from pain and tight muscles in the neck and shoulders!

I have arthritis in my neck as well as a bad disc so I have frequent neck pain. I love that it has a flat that sits tall on the neck because my pain isn't just at the base. But I wish that part was wider so it covered a bit of the sides of my neck as well. Overall very pleased with it.

The tab that sticks up to cover the neck is good, but you need to be able to wrap the pad snugly and secure it in place to keep the pad against your neck. The box says "hook closure keeps pad secure and in place" but this is not true. It is not a hook but a small solid cylinder on one side of the pad (imagine a pencil eraser) that pushes into a slightly larger open cylinder on the other side of the pad (like the brass part the eraser fits into). It is very difficult to fit them together in front (you can't see it with the pad under your chin).and it is not adjustable, so unless you have a huge neck, it only holds the pad loosely around your neck. A strip of velcro would be a better option so you could tighten the pad on your neck as needed.

Overall not impressed- there are better brands out there if you have a few minutes to research other options. Does it heat up? Yes. Does it get warm enough to make a big difference? No (even on highest setting). The wrap around design is nice though and even buttons to avoid constant re-adjustment.

It’s not that weighted and it doesn’t get that hot it’s like wearing a jacket gets you slightly warmer than a regular jacket
